The message of the Gospel says that in Christ you are already loved and fully accepted. You cannot do anything to add to, or take away from, the perfect love God has for you. Shame tells us the lie that ‘measuring up’ is how we are loved or accepted but God’s love has the power to tear down that lie!

Take an hour to be encouraged in letting go of the shame that you carry. Hear truth and ways to help yourself and those around you accept the love God has for you.
