Our Story
On a February afternoon in 1949, on the campus of Northwestern, then president Billy Graham offered an opening prayer as AM900 went on the air for the first time in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Over seventy years later, we’ve grown to become the Faith Radio Network! We now reach listeners across the country and around the world through a variety of platforms, including our radio signals, online stream, and free mobile app. In addition to our traditional broadcasts, we offer an ever-expanding array of digital content through MyFaithPodcasts.com, where you can listen to exclusive shows, podcasts, and inspiring God stories that go beyond what’s aired on the radio. You can also join us on our YouTube channel for special live streams and bonus video content.
At our core, radio remains a vital part of our ministry, but we are so much more than just a radio station.
