Michelle is my mom, and she has been Christ to me, loving me no matter what. I was an addict, at times ignoring the knocks on my door when she came. But she kept praying, she kept asking, she kept seeking. Michelle would call on others to keep praying for me. 10 years or so passed and through her faith, perseverance and prayers I started to come to church. I’d come high but she still would pick me up always with a cup of coffee for me. Because my mother partnered with God and never gave up, I’m over 7 years sober, saved, and living for God!!
